Ayak tepung terigu dan coklat bubuk menjadi 1&lt;br /&gt;2. Aduk mentega tawar dan gula menjadi satu dengan mixer&lt;br /&gt;3. campur tepung terigu dan coklat bubuk ke dalam adonan, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;4. masukkan coklat paste dan aduk dengan spatula&lt;br /&gt;4. tambahkan kacang mete cincang ke dalam adonan&lt;br /&gt;5. bentuk adonan menjadi bola-bola kecil dan pipihkan sedikit sehingga berbentuk cookies&lt;br /&gt;6. tambahkan chocochips di atasnya&lt;br /&gt;7. Siapkan loyang, beri sedikit mentega dan lapis loyang dengan paper-lined cookie sheet&lt;br /&gt;8. Panggang adonan cookies dalam oven bersuhu 180° C selama 20 menit&lt;br /&gt;9.A ngkat dan dinginkan. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum di atas panci&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan daging sapi, minyak wijen, shoyu dan aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan 2 sampai 3 gelas air dan tunggu hingga daging empuk&lt;br /&gt;4. Setelah daging empuk, masukkan kentang dan wortel&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan curry paste setelah kentang dan wortel matang&lt;br /&gt;6. Tambahkan sedikit garam dan bumbu penyedap&lt;br /&gt;7. Masak hingga kuah curry mengental dan siap disajikan.&lt;br /&gt;8. Masukkan brokoli, tambahkan saus tiram, kecap asin, serta garam,lada, bumbu penyedap secukupnya dan sedikit gula pasir untuk penyedap&lt;br /&gt;4. Tambahkan air sesuai selera, masukkan minyak wijen, masak hingga brokoli matang&lt;br /&gt;5. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang Bombay hingga harum. masukkan daging tuna, saus tomat halus dan saus sambal. Aduk rata sampai harum.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan jamur, Spaghetti, lada dan garam, aduk rata. Masak hingga semua bahan matang. Buang ujung kepala udang yang runcing dan bersungut. Bersihkan dengan air yang mengalir&lt;br /&gt;2. Toreh punggungnya dengan pisau tidak perlu dikupas, keluarkan kotorannya yang berwarna kehitaman.&lt;br /&gt;3. Goreng hingga matang dengan api yang besar, Angkat dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay dengan margarin.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan angciu, kecap asin, saus tiram, saus tomat, dan kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;6. Tambahkan garam, bumbu penyedap, dan lada halus.&lt;br /&gt;7. Setelah mendidih, masukkan udang yang telah digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;8. Aduk-aduk sebentar di atas api agar bumbu menyerap. Rebus mie telur hingga matang lalu tiriskan sampai benar-benar kering, beri sedikit garam, aduk rata di wadah&lt;br /&gt;2. Goreng Mie dalam minyak banyak yang panas hingga kering dan garing, angkat. Letakkan di piring saji&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;---- apabila menggunakan mie khusus ifumie yg berbentuk bulat bisa langsung digoreng di dalam minyak banyak sampai tenggelam hingga kering dan garing,angkat, dan letakkan di atas piring saji ----&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum, masukkan ayam, udang, dan bakso, aduk hingga setengah matang, tambahkan angciu, saus tiram, kecap asin, garam, lada dan gula.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan terlebih dahulu : Kembang kol/brokoli dan wortel, beri air kira2 100 ml. Setelah separo matang, masukkan caisim dan sawi hijau. Masukkan kocokan telur perlahan-lahan sambil tetap terus mengaduk kuah. Biarkan telur menjadi matang dan berserabut.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tambahkan minyak wijen, aduk sebentar&lt;br /&gt;6. Setelah mendidih  masukkan tepung maizena yg telah diberi air, aduk sampai mengental, Angkat dan tuangkan di atas ifumie (atau bisa letakkan di wadah lain agar pada saat makan, mie tetap garing).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PS :&lt;br /&gt;1. Hati-hati saat menggoreng mie. Agar menggoreng mie jadi garing, tiriskan mie hingga kering dan goreng di minyak banyak sampai mie tenggelam di dalam minyak yang sudah panas.
